Speed ??thorn and stay acupuncture enables HIE rat DG and SVZ of Nestin-positive intracellular proliferation more obvious that speed thorn and stay acupuncture to promote the proliferation of neural stem cells. 4-speed thorn and stay acupuncture affect early undifferentiated neural stem cells HIE rats of the DG SVz District; stay acupuncture group than the speed needling group 14d and 28d. 5, the experimental results show that the speed thorn and stay acupuncture can promote the proliferation of neural stem cells after cerebral ischemia and hypoxia, differentiation and promote the repair of nerve cells and reduce the degree of functional deficit, this may be one of the important mechanism of acupuncture treatment HIE .
