UV come from the sun.its wavelength is between 100nm and 400nm. UV doesn’t produce the harmful vice-outcome. So its application has been paid attention to people day by day.At the beginning of 90’s, UV has been used on degradation of pollutants. It is mainly on using UV to degradate the refractory organic pollutants. There is no study about effect of UV on the pollutants in water, therefor, it also bring some difficulty of the present study.We used the water samples come from huangshui river in Xining of QingHai Province, mainly study the effects analysis of UV on the pollutants in water:1.The effects analysis of UV on the NH3-N in water: on the condition of different time and intensity, we study the change of NH3-N.2.The effects analysis of UV on the NO2-N in water: on the condition of different time and intensity, we study the change of NO2-N.3.The effects analysis of UV on the sulfide in water: on the condition of different time and intensity, we tudy the change of sulfide.The results showed that:1. NH3-N showed serrated variation that first increase and then decrease with time of growth in different intensity, and the greater intensity is, the more trend is significant. NH3-N showed variation that first increase and then decrease with intensity of growth in different time, and the greater time is. the more trend is significant.2. NO2-N showed variation that first decrease and then increase, finally standstill with time of growth in different intensity, and the greater intensity is, the more trend is significant. NO2-N showed variation that decreasing with intensity of growth in different time, and the greater time is. the more trend is significant.3.Sulfide showed variation that first decrease and then increase with time of growth in different intensity, and the greater intensity is, the more trend is significant. Sulfide showed variation that first decrease and then increase, first increase and then decrease with intensity of growth in different time, and the greater time is, the more trend is significant.We also preliminary discuss and analysis the principle of this change. It can provide the scientific basis for the environmental monitoring and water treatment.
