Objective: To observe the Qi and Po Yu capsule in the treatment of angina pectoris and explore its mechanism . Methods : A clinical study to select patients with stable angina pectoris QDBS 60 cases , 30 patients in each study group received a Qi Po Yu capsule treatment were randomly divided into experimental and control groups , the control group were given Xinkeshu treatment were observed before and after treatment the clinical efficacy and laboratory tests change . Results: After 4 weeks of treatment , angina pectoris , the test group effective rate is 33.33% , the total effective rate was 76.67% , the effective rate is 16.67% of the control group , the total effective rate of 50 % ; the TCM syndromes efficacy test group markedly rate 33.33% , with a total effective rate of 86.67% , the effective rate is 16.67% of the control group , the total effective rate was 60% effective rate is 30% ; ECG efficacy of the test group , the total effective rate was 73.33% effective rate is 16.67% , the control group , the total effective rate was 43.33% , the two groups have a significant difference ( P lt; 0.05 ) . Hemorheology in the treatment group compared with the control group , had greatly improved ( P lt; 0.05 , P lt; 0.01) . Conclusion: Yiqi Po Yu the capsule Yiqihuoxue , and Po Yu analgesic effect . Treatment of angina pectoris , can significantly alleviate clinical symptoms such as chest pain , chest tightness ; regulate blood lipids, improve blood rheology , improve myocardial ischemia . After treatment, no significant adverse reactions .
