Objective: To determine plasma of patients with coronary heart qi deficiency of thyroid hormone (Thyroid hormones, TH) and related indicators of catecholamine (CA) levels , and to study the blood TH levels and heart function -level relationship to explore indicators of changes in TH TCM the significance of objective research . Methods: ( 1 ) using radioimmunoassay technique (RIA) detection of coronary heart disease patients with heart qi deficiency of thyroid hormone (T3, T4, rT3, TSH), and with the non- coronary heart deficiency syndrome group and normal control group comparison . ( 2 ) analysis of the use of clinical observation of patients with coronary heart qi deficiency different levels of cardiac function and explore the TH and heart function -level correlation. ( 3 ) the use of fluorescence spectrophotometry in patients with coronary heart qi deficiency plasma catecholamines (NE, E) levels and with coronary heart deficiency syndrome group and normal control group for comparison . Results: ( 1 ) coronary heart qi deficiency syndrome group and non- heart syndrome group and the normal group , peripheral T3 decreased significantly (P lt; 0.05), rT3 was significantly higher (P lt; 0.05), T4 , although the later two were lower , but not statistically significant . Non- heart deficiency group and the normal control group , the indicators were not significantly different (P gt; 0.05). ( 2 ) reduced levels of cardiac function , coronary heart qi deficiency syndrome patients T3, T4 are gradually reduced , both with heart function was a significant positive correlation (P lt; 0.01); while rT3 gradually increased, and heart function showed a significant negative correlation (P lt; 0.01); TSH level of cardiac function changes no correlation (P gt; 0.05). ( 3 ) coronary heart qi deficiency syndrome group and non- heart syndrome group and normal group, plasma norepinephrine (NE), epinephrine (E) were significantly higher (P lt; 0.05). Conclusions: ( 1 ) patients with coronary heart qi deficiency of thyroid hormone changes , and mainly for the low T3 syndrome. ( 2 ) in patients with coronary heart qi deficiency of thyroid hormone changes in heart function with the degree of correlation . ( 3 ) patients with coronary heart qi deficiency catecholamine changes may reflect changes in thyroid hormone .
