In recent years , with increasingly sophisticated social development and the deepening of economic reform , people's living standards improved. People for their own health , the degree of attention to strengthen health and medical issues have become citizens of one of the hot issues of common concern , as China's public health care system and an important part of our public health to flourish the main driving - non-profit hospitals, competition faced increasing pressure . Substantial competition in the hospital or the talent competition, hospital management in the final analysis in human capital management . Hospital medical workers as an important component of human capital , especially as the backbone of the core competitiveness of the hospital doctors , and their level of organizational commitment and job satisfaction level will be directly related to their work enthusiasm, initiative and creativity, affect hospital medical services quality and level , and thus further decided that the hospital's social influence degree and competitiveness.
