According to the market research, with the world oil prices rise, natural gas development and utilization become a key to the phenomenon, the construction of gas pipeline at home and abroad are developing fast. Movable power station is the main equipment to provide welding power. It have been widely used in pipeline construction at home and abroad. But the Movable power station is walked by the equipment of mechanical drives at home,and has big noise, transfer case is often broken and leaking oil. The reliability of the kind of movable power station is generally low, which greatly affect the continuity of the welding, Thus it affects the quality of the pipeline welding, and even it affects the speed of the pipeline construction when it is serious.In the Transmission system of the Movable power station,I’m independent on designing the self-lubricating transfer case. It Used clutch shift, so it solved the problem of adopting meshing set of shift to need the engine flameout shift. Self-lubricating transfer case is driving generators, hydraulic system and self-lubrication.It improve the service life of transmission system,and make the flexibility of the arrangment more convenient.Movable power station adopts self-designed industrial chassis, the chassis adopts hydraulic drive to success in solving the problem of the same domestic product which adopts agricultural chassis and mechanical transmission, such as the problem of noisy, reliability which is difficult to guarantee. I appropriately increase Crawler gauge and Crawler width and enhance the stability of the product. It also meet the railway, highway transportation requirement, the engine moved forward, back, and improve the force of supporting wheels, increase cab space, improve gunner working environment.The arm design is the key part of the vehicle design, we use finite element analysis software to design it and use arm miter of box section of low alloy and high strength steel weld together, four corners are made by bending forming.High stress area take local strengthening style to make design of section more reasonable, supporting feet of the arm are made by low alloy steel forgings and a leg place is narrower to conveniently disassemble. In assembly welding process, I designed a crane boom womb to guarantee the accuracy of key technology. Three telescopic booms of the crane extend the scope of work and it’s very suitable for corresponding needs of welding.The cab of Movable power station adopts a new design and its interior space is large, so gunner view is good. The cab adopts full seal design,in which has soft adornment and safety facilities and has defend net in the front and skylights on the top. Design of sliding cab makes the maintenance of the engine more convenient.
