This paper describes the research design and development process of the continuous casting mold oscillation device online monitoring system to absorb the strengths of similar products at home and abroad on the basis of analysis of the domestic and international trends , and the pursuit of stability -site production quality and safety basic starting point , vibration condition monitoring and analysis . The system consists of two parts of mechanical mold vibration device online monitoring system and hydraulic mold oscillation device online monitoring system . Characteristics and requirements of each part of the process parameters on the basis of the analysis of the mold and its vibration device , integrated basic mathematical models and methods for the scene , and on this basis, the design , commissioning a vibration monitoring simulation platform . This monitoring system workstation is responsible for one or more mold vibrating apparatus for monitoring, the vibration signal of the multi-channel sampling, data processing and display functions . This paper describes the overall system design , hardware and software design . The software in accordance with the steps of the software engineering and development, and take full advantage of LabVIEw graphical programming tool , to emphasize modular programming , software development cycle short , maintainability , and reflects the practicality and versatility of the software . Laboratory debugging system designed to meet the expected demand .
