In this paper, the results of comparative linguistics theoretical basis to explore the similarities and differences between the passive structure used in Chinese and English, the two languages, from the point of view of the relationship of language and thought. National thinking and comparative analysis of the level of syntactic features, we are trying to prove that the Chinese and English passive structure different not only stay in the syntactic structure of the surface layer. In fact, these syntactic allogeneic constructed with Westerners in cognitive, philosophical and cultural differences are closely related. In other words, the specific cognitive mindset of a nation is a reflection of the philosophy and culture, and also contributed to the language system has the direct cause of the structure different from the other variant of the language system. Chinese people always believe in the harmony between man and nature, advocates a holistic view. They analyze things generally proceed from an overall perspective, the use of the overall mode of thinking, from an overall point of view to explain all of the objective world. In contrast, Westerners take objective attitude towards the material world, they advocate things I separated emphasized objective and individual analytical mindset. Analyze things, they rely more on logical reasoning rather than intuition. Differences exist in Western nation in the philosophical and mindset has had a huge impact on both Chinese and English language system. From a syntactic point of view, the Chinese is a heavy Parataxis, pay attention to the person, with a focus on themes of dynamic languages, English is largely different from a Chinese language it re Hypotaxis the general sentence subject focus, vocabulary use more static nouns and prepositions, person with no Chinese is more stringent. All these different syntactic features are well represented in the passive structure of the Chinese and English languages, but existing teaching materials for foreign language learners, these fundamentally caused by the characteristics of the Chinese-English passive structural differences often ignored. It is because of this reason, we will be Chinese and English both passive structure fundamentally comparative analysis, caused by the direct cause of the heterogeneity of the two passive constructions explained from a macro point of view of language and thought, hoping for foreign language learners to provide a comprehensive and detailed explanation, also want to be able to contribute to a comprehensive understanding of the translators and teachers in foreign language teaching of the Chinese-English passive structure and even the Chinese and English two languages ??in the syntactic differences.
