In this paper, northern China two crops a year of corn no-tillage sowing and subsoiling separate job problems, analyze the feasibility of the combined operations , the design of which is suitable for two crops a year region of northern China till corn planting subsoiling combined operator . The machine operation can be completed seed bed of straw clean , ditching , fertilization , planting , soil , repression and subsoiling , and other procedures , the number of operations to solve the no-tillage planting of corn and subsoiling work alone , soil repeated pressure the real problems such as large power consumption , and promote the growth of corn . Analysis the deep Songji the theory , design, equipment subsoiling institutions and other key components of the combined operator introduced . The same time , the whole force and power consumption of the combined operator analysis results show that the joint operation of the key components of the machine structure design, the whole force and power equipment to meet the requirements . No-tillage planting of corn and subsoiling joint operation with the two separate operations carried out a series of comparative tests . Field experiments showed that no-tillage planting of corn and subsoiling joint operation is technically feasible , the joint operation through the use of different types of soiling shovel to meet the needs of different subsoiling conditions .
