Large the Hongshan iron ore mine personnel tracking positioning system optimization study

In August 2009,the State Administration of Work Safety issued the "guidance of national security supervision bureau in non-coal mine popularize the use of advanced technology and equipment".Among them, required clearly that the underground mining through the use of wireless acquisition device, data transmission network, computer software technique to set up a comprehensive safety management information system for providing help for daily safety management and emergency rescue of enterprise. Meanwhile, the system should have:miners automatic attendance, dynamic monitoring of miners’distribution which is called personnel tracking function, etc. Thus, requiring underground mine to install tracking system has risen to the national policy level, which reflects the importance of personnel tracking system for underground mines.This paper is setting in the actual application situation of the exsiting Dahongshan iron ore’s tracking system, combined with the needs of mines in the actual production management, emphatically carried on the optimization to the tracking system of the current use of mines.Firstly, this paper did the comprehensive study on person locate technology. We did the particular study on RFID person locate technology which had been used in Dahongshan iron ore. We did the study on regular wireless locate algorithm and related theory. Secondly, on the base of survey on Dahongshan iron ore, analysis the situation of personnel tracking system in Dahongshan iron ore and get the insufficient of the system. Lastly, we did the following improvement in Dahongshan iron ore:1. extended the alarm function for toxic and dangerous area. In this section, we discussed the details of this function.2. Improved the function of precision for the person locate. The improvement is based on the linear method of RSSI locate. We also discussed the use of this technology.3. For the request of management conduct in the iron ore, we improved the storage function for database and the display of these data.This paper has a positive meaning for the safety management for Dahongshan iron ore and supplied a reference for the next work stage.
