The Expression of CXCL12、CXCR4 and VEGF-C、VEGFR-3 in Cervical Carcinoma and Lymph Node

Objective To investigate CXCL12 ( chemokine stromal cell - derived factor chemotactic factor 12 ) and its receptor CXCR4 ( chemokine receptor 4 chemokine receptor 4) and VEGF -C ( vascular endothelial growth factor - C and vascular endothelial growth factor - C) and receptor VEGFR - 3 (vascular endothelial growth factor receptor -3 , vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-3 ) expression in cervical cancer in situ lesions and lymph node tissue and cervical cancer metastasis . Methods using Real Time PCR (real time polymerase chain reaction, real - time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction ) technology of CXCL12 gene CXCR4 expression and lymph node tissue in 30 cases of cervical cancer in situ lesions organizations and 10 cases of normal cervical tissue CXCR4 genes for quantitative detection . Immunohistochemical SP ( Streptavidin / Peroxidase Streptomyces avidin - peroxidase ) detected 40 cases of cervical cancer in situ lesions tissue and lymph node tissue VEGF-C and its receptor VEGFR-3 protein expression. Results 1. CXCR4 in cervical cancer tissue was significantly higher than the normal cervical tissue (P <0.05); CXCR4 content correlated with the clinical stage of cervical cancer related (P <0.05), with the patient's degree of differentiation , pathological type , lymph node metastasis age between unrelated ( P > 0.05 ) ; CXCL12 levels in lymph node tissue and lymph node metastasis related ( P <0.05 ) ; CXCR4 and CXCL12 expression of the two genes were positively correlated (r = -0.694 , P <0.05 ) . 2. VEGF-C, VEGFR-3 expression in cervical cancer significantly related ( P <0.05 ) ; VEGF-C expression and lymph node metastasis in cervical cancer related (P <0.05), and patients with clinical stage unrelated ( P > 0.05 ) between the degree of differentiation , histological type, age , VEGFR- 3 with lymph node metastasis ( P > 0.05 ) , clinical stage, tumor differentiation , histological type, age between unrelated ; VEGF - C and VEGFR -3 expression in lymph node tissue showed a significant difference ( P <0.05 ) . Conclusion two genes CXCR4, CXCL12 and VEGF - C, VEGFR -3 both protein expression and the development of cervical cancer related , and cervical cancer lymph node metastasis has a certain role .
