The criticism is frequently used speech acts in everyday life, criticized the speech act is an important issue of pragmatics. In recent years, with the development of the discipline of pragmatics, speech acts, has been made a lot of research. Many scholars have called praise, request an apology speech acts has been systematically studied. Criticism Speech Act, however, is not a lot. In particular, is also not yet been commenced Chinese criticism of the teacher-student dialogue speech act, In this paper, Austin and Searle's speech act theory, Brown and Levinson's politeness theory as a framework, based on the collection of natural corpus, focuses on teachers criticism strategies and students answer mode, and criticized the implementation of the conditions of the speech act, criticism, syntactic structure, language features, language function, designed to deepen the study of Chinese speech acts. In short, the study not only has theoretical value, but also the value. Criticism of the process, if the teacher to select appropriate and constructive criticism strategy, not only to strengthen mutual understanding between teachers and students, to create a harmonious interpersonal relationships, but also effectively solve the problem. The contrary, the language of criticism can not be achieved with the function, fail to achieve the communicative purpose. The paper is divided into the following seven parts: The first part of the definition of criticism and scope defined and described the content of this study and research significance. The second part of the review and comment on the research in this field in the past, learned from research on the criticism of the speech act described as rare. Previous studies Comparative Study of English and Chinese, this paper based on the Chinese corpus study a new perspective, the study of criticism and students of the teacher is criticized for the teacher's answer. The third section illustrates the theoretical basis of the article. The criticism is a speech act, which can be traced back to Austin (1962) and Searle (1969, 1979) theory of speech acts. Part VII concluded on the basis of the above analysis, noting that the value of research in teaching.
