The paper researches on the interrelationship between Human social environments of P.E. and non-intellective factors. The paper researches especially the effect and function which P.E. humane environment affect teenage non-intellective factors. The basis of theory and constructive advice have been put forward in order to correct the Human social environments of P.E. ,change the conditions which affects teenage non-intellective factors without enough efficiencies, improve education of non-intellective factors and urge to educate both intelligence and non-intellective factors harmoniously. The data about philosophy education , psychology ,environmental etc. has been collected, they were classified, generalized, concluded. Base on these, it is defined that the concept of Human social environments of P.E., non-intellective factors and so on. It is generalized that the relationship between humane and environment, between developing humane and developing non-intellective factors ,and between P.E. environment and humane environment . Then, it is deducted that the relationship between teenage non-intellective factors and Human social environments of P.E. . The main achievements: firstly, non-intellective factors is an important interior factors in a man developing. Intelligence and non-intellective factors should be thoroughly educated. Secondly, Human social environments of P.E. interacts the non-intellective factors each other. Human social environments of P.E. can not only positively but also negatively the non-intellective factors. The positively functions included integrating, guidance, restriction and radical. The negative functions included delaying and restrain etc. And non-intellective factors is a part of Human social environments of P.E.. Thirdly ,Human social environments of P.E. should be made positively affect teenage non-intellective factors when the teenager’s non-intellective factors are developed in the critical period. Fourthly, in our country ,the Human social environments of P.E. can not do positively affect the teenage non-intellective factors, but do negatively. The reason : firstly, Human social environments of P.E. is affected by society transition, concept renewing. Secondly, Human social environments of P.E. is seriously impacted by our exam oriented education systems. The paper suggests that teenagers need to develop both intelligence and non-intellective factors though strengthen the society systems, innovation of education and so on.
