Study on Social Economic Impact Assessment of Power Grid Project

Sustainable development is a brand-new idea that aims at solving the problems arising in the course of social economic development. At present,many countries attach more importance to the coordination between the economy and social development. To analyze and evaluate a project,especially a public infrastructure project with extensive social influence,about the related social factors from the viewpoint of whether it will benefit to the whole social development,as we call it social assessment,is a requirement to the coordinative development between the society and economy. Power grid projects are of great social influence and benefit. However,China hasn’t studied the social assessment and application of power grid projects systemically yet. In this thesis,the author brings forward a social economic assessment indicator system of power grid projects,defines group decision- making FAHP model as the assessment method,and finally, analyzes a power grid project as the true case.
