Research of E-government Affairs System Based on Workflow Technology

Along with deepening the reformation of the governmental organization and enhancing the macro-administrant functions of the government, the original work mode is not satisfied with the progressive requirement such as the affairs handling and information sharing. In order to improve the work efficiency and consummate the management mode, the modern information technology should be adopted in building the e-government affairs systemAs a key technology of process modeling and process management, workflow technology can be combined with other business management system, such as office automation, e-government affairs system, and so on. Workflow can improve the efficiency of government work and realize business process reengineering of enterprises. The main point of building the e-government affairs system is not only focusing on the share of information, but also emphasizing the collaborations of each other; while the implementation of the collaborations is depended on the workflow technology.Firstly, the thesis deeply analysizes the current study actuality and development direction of workflow technology, and research the basic theory and correlative technology, which includes workflow infrastructure, workflow reference model, workflow modeling and so on.Secondly, the thesis presented a framework of a relationship-based lightweight workflow engine according to the reference model and practical research project, it also analysizes the lightweight workflow engine design scheme in detail and the key disposal means during the implementation of the lightweight workflow engine.At last, the thesis discusses the specific in building the e-government system, which bases the Struts framework. The thesis also provides the methodwhich how to embed the kernel of workflow engine into the implementation of the system. So it researches and finishes the study problem of "research of e-government affairs system based on workflow technology".
