This thesis adopts U.S. TI ( Texas Instruments ) C2000 Series products current fastest fixed-point DSP chip TMS320F2812 as the magnetic bearing system digital controller CPU applications analog multiplexer displacement sensor of magnetic bearing 5 Road signal acquisition . Prepared by mixing a magnetic bearing digital controller software in C and assembly language . Around the the F2812 DSP design the hardware circuit of the magnetic bearing controller , DSP 8-channel D / A operation CPLD logic control . In this paper, experimental study of the laboratory magnetic bearing system , PID control algorithm , the the four radial degree of freedom digital controller designed by this paper control , control of the axial degree of freedom by the analog controller . A displacement signal of the five degrees of freedom using the the 10 differential eddy current sensor to measure the power amplifier is used in the switching power amplifier . The controller of the application of this study to test rotor system static suspension and dynamic suspension , the maximum speed reached 15000r/min . Static and dynamic suspension test results show that the magnetic bearing system controller design , good stability, good reproducibility , and its control accuracy of the desired effect .
