Dipsacus of Enshi the best geoherbs one , has high medicinal value and economic value . This paper analyzes the Dipsacus biological characteristics and its root element content of lead, cadmium , mercury and other heavy metals to evaluate its medicinal security ; carried out on five different growth years crane Dipsacus total alkaloids, change of the active ingredient content of the polysaccharide and soluble sugars, amino acids and proteins , to examine and analyze Dipsacus geographical, ecological environment , cultivation of domesticated wild turn home-grown , as Dipsacus GAP ( herbal medicine production quality management Instrumentation ) development of its comprehensive development and utilization and Pharmaceutical industries provide some theoretical basis . The main results are as follows : the Five dipsacus active ingredients accumulated Dipsacus total alkaloids accumulated in the roots , and with the increase in the growth years , the accumulation of total alkaloid content in its root presents an increasing trend to years old Dipsacus root pruning of the content of the highest quality herbs . Polysaccharides , and soluble sugar rich site also roots ; continued growth year planted five cranes root pruning highest polysaccharide content . Proteins in different growth time and the different parts of the content are no significant difference; there are significant differences in amino acid content between the different parts , and there was no significant difference in the growth years . Five dipsacus inorganic element content Dipsacus root pruning zinc content changes with some regularity , that with the increase in the growth years , its root zinc content presents an increasing trend , a five- three-year-old crane continued root pruning in the highest zinc content . View from the main heavy metal elements , lead, cadmium, mercury content is far less than the limits prescribed by the GB . With the growth years of increase its root in lead content slightly increased , while the content of cadmium , mercury preached a slightly decreasing trend . Five dipsacus the cultivation of wild turn home-grown research view its limited element content , total biomass , total ash elements and the accumulation of active ingredients , planted five cranes continued cutting roots than wild WuHe continued root pruning better quality and roots to harvest three years .
