Objective: To investigate SiRNA-HYAL1 hyaluronidase human breast cancer cells HYAL1 gene expression . Methods: RT-PCR. Results : SiRNA-HYAL1 act on different levels of expression of hyaluronidase human breast cancer cell line MDA-MB-231, MDA-MB-453S, ZR-75-30 and ZR-75 significantly inhibited after hyaluronidase HYAL1 mRNA expression levels (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion : SiRNA-HYAL1 effect on human breast cancer cells can specifically inhibit the expression of an mRNA HYAL1 .
