The most common etiology IgA nephropathy, this group of patients with hypertension awareness is 75.7%, can show different levels of proteinuria, 5 cases there are lots of proteinuria (gt; 3.5 g / 24 h), renal MHT pathology and renal small artery wall thickening, arteriole hyaline change, glomerular disease, a serious inflammation of the primary MHT long-term treatment can obviously improve the renal function. Conclusion to renal involvement as the main performance of MHT many see, renal MHT patients more see more, the serious influence prognosis, should attach importance to the renal biopsy and fundus examination.
