This thesis is divided into four sections : Introduction , beam γ experiment , offline data processing as well as the experimental results and discussions . In the introduction , a brief review of the development of certain aspects of the Nuclear Physics , explains the purpose of the present work , Introduction to the populations of the high-spin structure of the commonly used method ; beam γ experimental part of the experimental conditions , the experimental method ; offline data processing chapter describes the inversion of the data collection , energy and efficiency calibration of detectors , as well as the relationship of fenestration analysis ; experimental results are given in the last chapter , and the experimental results are discussed . This work for the first time given the nearly stable line dual - odd nuclei 126 I high-spin level scheme of providing the basic information of the relative intensity of the gamma rays in the level scheme and the multi- polarity , and built by the band structure of the intrinsic configuration the tentative specified that one collective rotational band based the flat ellipsoid the πg 7 / 2 < / sub > ( ? ) υh 11/ 2 < / sub> configuration .
