Plastic injection products as one of the major structural components of the modern industrial products , has been widely used in all walks of life in many areas due to the complexity of the injection molding process , the molded product is easy to produce a variety of defects , especially the weld line defects the universal exists as the common appearance of defects in the injection molding products , it not only affects the appearance of the quality of the products , to subsequent coating makes injection molded parts plating process color, serious impact on product strength , damage to the mechanical properties of products , to normal use of the product is a security risk. Greatly reduces the quality of injection-molded articles , and thereby cause a lot of material and the waste of energy . The subject combined with a sedan front bumper the injection painting process frequently appear weld marks at the color issue, retrofitting the hot runner based on the original injection molding machine with multiple gates to control hydraulic circuit configuration software ( or multi- nozzle ) sequence control system , the gate outflow branch stream gradually advancing each other completely melt into each other , and thus effectively eliminate weld lines or significantly reduce , or transfer to a non- important surface of the workpiece to achieve production purposes . Its research results can be directly applied to the actual transformation of both injection molding machine has a high practical value .
