The main content of this article is the existing national standards developed a generic drug , the preparation of triptorelin acetate -PLGA microspheres preparation . The study aims to find a simple , efficient microsphere preparation technique , initially explored the impact of the law during the preparation of various parameters on the preparation of the final product , and to build a technology platform for peptide and protein drugs slow , controlled release formulations prepared . Research mainly the following aspects: 1 ) the imported products Dafei Lin were detected and analyzed to determine the basic parameters of the preparation of materials and preparation process ; 2) the two most commonly used the microsphere preparation techniques ( phase separation method and complex emulsified solvent evaporation method) to conduct preliminary studies , the preparation method of triptorelin acetate -PLGA microspheres ; 3) to further optimize the process of multiple emulsion solvent evaporation method microspheres , and the microspheres Preparation of a preliminary amplification test . The results show that , using a complex emulsion solvent evaporation method can be prepared to meet our requirements triptorelin acetate - PLGA microsphere formulation and preparation process after preliminary amplification , can still get high - quality microspheres .
