Health Risk Assessment of the Water Resources in Hangzhou

This paper summarizes the evaluation of health risks at home and abroad in recent years in research , focusing on the technical framework for health risk assessment and evaluation model, and as a theoretical basis, Hangzhou THMs in drinking water for the study, evaluation Hangzhou five regions of THMs in drinking water lifetime cancer risk and hazard index . The results showed that chloroform (CHCl 3 ) and a chlorine dibromomethane (CHClBr 2 ) are the two most important drinking water in Hangzhou disinfection byproducts , compare health risks three different ways and found that dietary intake relative to the other two paths to residents caused cancer risk is higher. For dietary intake and skin absorption are two ways , CHClBr 2 is the highest rate of cancer risk material , reaching about 69% , followed by CHCl 2 Br up to 25% . Most areas CHClBr 2 and CHCl 2 Br induced cancer risk exceeds USEPA acceptable level of more than 10 times . Combined with three different ways to analyze THMs in drinking water in Hangzhou, the joint effect of risk assessment , Fuyang local residents the highest cancer risk , while Wei Ping lowest risk of cancer of local residents , mainly CHClBr 2 and CHCl 2 Br. Exposure causes the two substances . Hangzhou residents drinking water, within a year the number of cancer risk due to THMs for 4 people , causing risk index number of 6 × 10 -3 sup> person .
