This article describes in detail the production, development , and its knowledge of the medical picture archiving and communication system ( PACS ) . A comparative study of two current popular network architecture (C / S and B / S ) , and on this basis to design one for large and medium-sized PACS , based on C / S and B / S phase fusion distributed the PACS architecture model . Research and design characteristics of PACS mass storage system data storage method . Meanwhile, according to the size of PACS were given small PACS storage policy model and suitable for large and medium-sized the PACS storage strategy model , as well as the corresponding PACS storage structure design . The overall design and detailed design of the system . System development tools - visual tools package ( VTK ) , and the use of such a tool to achieve a DICOM image display and medical images of three-dimensional visualization , and on this basis, to complete the system of three-dimensional medical image visualization platform development .
