Online education has gained , it is good to cultivate students' innovative spirit and practical ability , recognized by more and more learners , so the network teaching system has become a hot research field . But the network the teaching management platforms exist a wide variety of different functions , incompatible , and the in-depth study and detailed design of vocational colleges teaching management platform based on network teaching management platform Moodle . The same time to introduce intelligent tutoring system design concept , the use of data mining clustering method which effective solution to learning strategies so that students can learn according to their own characteristics to match aimlessly students in the learning process . In this paper, on the basis of in-depth research on the the traditional network teaching system , and the specific business needs of University College network teaching system to conduct a detailed needs analysis . Analysis in specific modules to be broken down and detailed description of the function of each module needs through various functional structure design and data flow design . On the basis of the needs analysis , system selection Moodle as a system development platform , functional modules for network teaching system specific design ideas and functional processes . The design and development of the network teaching system based on the Moodle architecture technology . Finally, the data mining application in the teaching system , and design of an intelligent tutoring system . Using K- means algorithm , cluster analysis of student achievement , according to the results of the cluster analysis , given the different learning programs for different students , as well as improve the academic performance of specific recommendations . Network teaching system to improve the efficiency of university educational administration through the system on-line verification , ease of integration and sharing of university teaching resources . Introduction of data mining , clustering analysis , the experimental results show good intelligent learning system introduced clustering algorithm to achieve a reasonable and intelligent learning services , can greatly improve the efficiency of student learning , enhanced network teaching system of intelligent technology .
