Endophytic fungi life refers to a period of time in its life cycle within the plant tissue, plant tissue did not cause obvious disease symptoms fungi. Recent studies indicate that, endophytic fungi can produce the same or similar with host metabolites. This feature makes the endophytic fungi from new resources to find novel structure activity loyal and the important compounds. Thus, the topic chosen Ginkgo Ginkgo biloba L. and Magnolia Magnolia officinalis Rehd et Wils as the representative of the material to carry out the microbiology of the two plants endophytic fungi; ginkgo lactone activity strains screening studies; Magnolia antibacterial activity screening studies of the strains; the Magnolia active strains substance basic research work. Ginkgo root and stem of four different sources, a total of 178 endophytic fungi isolated identified by morphological observation and 1 class 4 orders, 6 families, 28 genera. Dominant populations in the the purpose classification level on Cong Terrier spore head (Moniliales) dominant populations; Fusarium (Fusarium) on the classification level of the genus Aspergillus (Aspergillus), Cladosporium (Cladosporium).
