This paper aims to examine the Italian Renaissance dowry system under actual situation and status of women . Integration of political , economic, legal , cultural and social factors such as customs, marriage dowry , and the two women have been connected to each other independent family , relationships with their adult life path selection and sharing of property , affecting them in social and family situation. Its research helps us a new perspective to grasp and understand the Renaissance period of social transformation of the Western Italian social characteristics . This paper analyzes the social situation of the Italian Renaissance , discusses marriage to this period as well as the important role of the historical changes dowry . In the second chapter , the article focuses on analysis of this period to provide a dowry for his daughter 's dowry reasons and sources. Providing a dowry by the impact of social conditions and customs , dowry diversity of sources reflect social concerns for dowry , while the daughter in the course of this series does not have any autonomy. In the third chapter , the author focuses on analysis of the manner of disposal of dowry and female groups of women widows and dowry another relationship . Wife for dowry ownership affects the people around her . Polis legal protection widow lost after marriage , and certainly their right to reclaim the dowry . Finally , this paper considers two aspects should look at this period of the status of women under the dowry system . On the one hand , with a dowry of women in society and in the family of a certain influence. On the other hand , women do not enjoy their dowry real domination , is still subject to the control of male authority and influence .
