Au Improving Design of Salary System for GL Electric Power Company

In recent years, employees pay in the western countries linked to performance, the state-owned enterprise in our country also adopts this performance-based pay system. Most of employees’ salary associate with their performance, using diversified salary type to guarantee it as a long-term incentive system. This paper introduces the domestic and overseas salary management system and analyzes the present situation of job skill-based pay system in GL electric power company, focusing on the analysis of the problems existing in present salary distribution system and salary management system, and also gives reasons for this analysis. Under this background, drawing lessons from the domestic and overseas pay management idea and management practice, this paper gives some opinions for improving the pay management system in GL electric company, and schemes out a new pay management plan for GL electric power company in according with different hierarchical classification. Employee in different position should have different salary; different companies should use different types of wage distribution system. This paper also analyzes the necessity of hierarchical classification and the principle for improving the system.Based on the idea of hierarchical classification, a new compensation plan is designed to meet the GL power company decision-making, management, operation level, the pay of the wage distribution system is also studied. Focusing on researching decision-making salary wage system, enterprise management salary supply wage system, operate level broadband pay system in the power supply enterprise. Besides structure of these wage system, wage standards, consideration factors, basis of implementation, improved benefits and problem solving are also in depth research. In addition, research on the construction of building enterprise wage system, employed labor personnel wage system and other wage system is a more detailed study to adapt to different types of enterprises and the need of employees work in different level of positions.This paper researches on how to implement the new pay plan and security measures in GL electric power company, and the implementation steps and preparatory work are to study in detail, focusing on researching the difficulties of the implementation, solutions and payroll storage and adjustment, so that renewed the company’s compensation management energy, and play a positive incentive effect.
