Culture is a unique phenomenon in human society, advanced culture is the soul of the development of human society. Since the proposal of the concept of the culture of the force, the culture of the school legislation to become the consensus of many education managers. Currently, people-oriented philosophy of education is gaining in popularity, the quality of education as well as basic education curriculum reform progresses, it is very necessary to study the cultural construction of high-quality middle school campus in the new curriculum context. Middle school campus culture is a group culture, is one of the invisible curriculum school development process of the formation of the sum of material culture and spiritual culture, schooling. It as a \ideas, moral, psychological, personality, behavior and habits, thereby contributing to the high school students and comprehensively improve the quality and harmonious development.
