In the late twentieth century , the emergence of the Internet and is a major event in the history of mankind , to promote communication and liaison between the progress of mankind and every corner of the world , the network economy is the history of the development of human society has a profound revolution . Internet advertising with its rapid development momentum has quickly become one of the main forms of advertising , a lot of problems that affect the healthy development of online advertising , coupled with imperfect legislation , dissemination of diversification of the main regulatory authorities and their work related systems , management , knowledge, lack of technology and other reasons , the online advertising market in the process of its own independent development can not solve these problems by the spontaneous adjustment . In this paper, on the basis of advertising on the network introduced compared with the jurisprudence and market regulation theory analysis combined foreign history and current situation of online advertising regulation , and some of their own ideas of how the online advertising market regulation .
