In this paper, with reference to the provisions of the United Kingdom \having an insurable interest in goods by sea , marine Cargo Insurance is the subject having an insurable interest correspondence between the interests of the marine cargo insurance benefits amount analysis and legislative proposals , and to analyze the relationship of insurable interest and damages . According to the existing provisions of the law , combined with the actual situation of foreign trade , the ownership of the seller and the buyer of the goods insurable interest , the last of agency theory , cargo insurance benefits attributable to the presence of foreign trade agency .
