The Study on Physical Education of Primary School on Anti-frustration Ability

Aiming at the current issues of primary school anti-frustration physical education, the paper takes H school at Q district Shanghai as an example, by the interview of physical education teachers and parents; by the observation of physical class and by the practice of physical education, research the reasons cause the phenomena. Starting from the performance of the elementary students when they face the difficulties and frustration on physical course, and also considering the content、means and methods taken by the teachers on physical education, discover the problems on anti-frustration education of elementary students, and then find out the solutions.At the beginning, clarify the related concepts through the analysis of references, and sum-up the relevant research achievement. Define the study theme, and establish the theory basis of the research. Then insight the current status of physical education on anti-frustration ability of H primary school at Q district:the performance when students face the frustration、physical education concept、organization forms and main methods, with the ways of interviews、class observation and case-analysis. Considering the teachers’interviews, analyze the existing problems of physical education on anti-frustration on H primary school:the lack of theory and practice guidance on anti-frustration education, un-systemic of the anti-frustration education itself, purposeless of anti-frustration education and the unsatisfied effect of anti-frustration education.Following, the author analyze the reasons for the above four problems, and conclude the reasons on five aspects:teachers do not pay enough attention to the physical anti-frustration education, and only do some superficial work; there is misunderstanding on physical anti-frustration education for the teachers; the anti-frustration education approach is single and it is taught without combining the actual family and social environment; the physical education over-emphasize the physical and technical evaluation and ignore the elementary students’attitude towards the difficulties、the mutual emotional evaluation and teachers’ self-evaluation.At last, summarize four strategies on physical anti-frustration education of primary school:pay more attention to physical anti-frustration education of primary school; clarify the cognition of physical education teachers on physical anti-frustration education; develop the theme activities of physical anti-frustration education of primary school; improve the understanding of elementary students on difficulties and frustration; based on the characteristic and ability discrepancy of elementary students on different grades and the teaching content of primary school physical education, develop the elementary students anti-frustration ability on the practice of physical education.
