In the era of knowledge-based economy, human capital, which is the most dynamic factor among various productive, has gradually become the fountainhead and the fundamental power of economic growth, because human capital not only improves productivity efficiency itself but also other elements of production. Under this background, this research has important meaning on theory and instructing practice towards optimization of overall layout of human capital, realization of the maximum value and acceleration of the structure adjustment of education resource and investment and economic growth.Quantity and structure of human capital have crucial function to economic growth. YunNan, as an Underdeveloped province, because of human capital isn’t able to achieve the level of developed areas in the short term, so giving full play to the effectiveness of human capital and limited human capital are the key factors for the sustainability of the region’s economy healthy and stable growth. The article puts forword the concept of human capital space network structure in accordance with the common theory of human capital and space network structure, and builds a model of spatial network structure combined with the characteristics of the stock of human capital and structure. Besides, the article puts forward identification of factors based on the concept of the efficiency of human capital space network structure, and classifies the factors. Finally, the article summaries the factors of human capital space network structure with the theory, and builds the indicators about the factors of the efficiency. The government, economic, market, supply and demand sides as level indicator, then subdivides into fifteen secondary indicators. A quantitative analysis was conducted by DEMATEL method to identify the degree of the combined effects, degree of being affected, causes and the center of the efficiency of the human capital space network structure, which provides a direction for the rational distribution of human capital in Yunnan.The article combines the theory of human capital with theory spatial network structure, and extracts the key factors of the human capital space network structure based on DEMATEL, which provides a theoretical support for the rational distribution of humancapital.
