Long teaching experience, holding executive office, high-wage, highly educated teachers on organizational trust and organizational citizenship behavior are significantly higher than seniority, not positions, lower wages, lower level of education of teachers. Organizational trust Hefei public secondary school teachers can effectively predict the performance of organizational citizenship behavior, the higher the degree of trust in the organization of teachers, the more its organizational citizenship behavior.
