Since reform and opening, China's people's living standard has been greatly improved, but the inequality in income distribution also showed worse. Urban-rural income gap in China's current income distribution is an important manifestation of China's economic and social stability and development has had a greater impact. With our unified labor market continues to improve, the market mechanism in the role of income distribution became increasingly obvious that the income level of labor more and more depend on their level of quality to human capital theory as the main basis for the inner urban-rural income gap is determined by nature theory has been more and more attention. Therefore, based on urban-rural income gap and the gap between the objective situation of human capital, human capital, research on the role of urban-rural income disparity and on this basis propose narrowing the income gap between urban and rural areas corresponding policy recommendations, has certain theoretical and practical significance. Based on the theory of human capital associated with the urban-rural income gap between research situation in Zhejiang Province as the research object, analyzes the income gap between urban and rural residents, Zhejiang Province, the current characteristics and trends as well as human capital gap between urban and rural Zhejiang causes and related performance and Based on these two aspects of reality and human capital on the income gap between urban and rural areas Mechanism of human capital gap between urban and rural residents' income gap between urban and rural areas in Zhejiang Province of influence, and in accordance with the conclusions made narrowing the income gap between urban and rural Zhejiang, several countermeasures. This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is introductory part, points out the background and significance of this study, and describes the research status and content of this study, methods and innovation. The second chapter is the theoretical foundation section first discusses the development of human capital theory, followed by defining the concept of urban-rural income gap and introduced its measurement indicators, and finally describes human capital and income distribution of the general relations theory. The third chapter is the income gap between urban and rural Zhejiang Analysis. First, using a variety of measurement indicators analyzed the income gap between urban and rural areas of Zhejiang status, and principal component analysis as a tool for urban-rural income gap, Zhejiang Province, made a re-estimation, followed by Zhejiang, urban-rural income gap between its composition analysis. The fourth chapter is Zhejiang analysis of urban and rural differences in human capital. Section I explains the gap between Urban and Rural Human Capital Formation; Section II analyzes the Urban and Rural Human Capital Investment, structure and quality gaps. The fifth chapter is human capital on rural income gap Empirical Analysis. The main conclusions of this paper can be summarized in two ways. First, the income gap between urban and rural areas of Zhejiang Province and human capital gap situation, that this is a basis in reality. This paper's conclusions in this regard are: (1) using urban-rural income ratio, the Gini coefficient and Theil index and other indicators measure the income gap between urban and rural Zhejiang Province, Zhejiang Province, the results are illustrated dynamically expanding income gap generally followed the trend; (2 ) from the province around the city of comparison, the income gap between urban and rural areas in some areas more serious, such as Lishui City in recent years, urban-rural income ratio has exceeded 3.5; (3) of this article in Zhejiang province's urban-rural income gap is a re- estimation results, income data based on statistical estimates of the urban-rural income gap in a larger extent underestimated the income gap between urban and rural Zhejiang actual level; (4) gap between urban and rural human capital wider connotation, urban and rural human capital investment, structure, quality and other aspects there is a big gap. Second, the study of human capital on Urban and Rural Income Gap, which is the goal of this study. Human capital and its impact on urban-rural income gap and other related mechanism of action based on theoretical analysis, the paper by the empirical analysis in this regard the conclusions are: (1) Through the deconstruction of urban and rural residents' income analysis to wage income and operating income is composed of a basic income urban and rural residents in Zhejiang province's overall revenues accounted for the majority, the basic income gap between urban and rural residents in the urban-rural income gap is basically explained the overall change, and income and residents from the basic level of human capital inferred relevance of human capital of Zhejiang Province urban income gap has important influence; (2) from Zhejiang regional panel data regression model results, and Zhejiang province's urban and rural residents in the Northeast differences in human capital investment will pull large urban-rural income gap, the government investment in human capital can narrow urban-rural income gap, and Zhejiang region of Southwest Human Capital Investment on urban-rural income gap is not significant; (3) Consolidated provincial sample model and sub-regional sample model results obtained in this paper conclusion: For Zhejiang province, although urban and rural per capita income gap between urban and rural areas because of differences in human capital investment increased, but the government can formulate corresponding policies to increase investment in rural backward areas of education and health care, financial support, so as to effectively control the further expansion of the income gap between urban and rural areas. This may be the main innovations are: the use of principal component analysis, urban-rural income gap, Zhejiang Province, has been a re-estimated in order to understand the real situation of the gap to provide a reference; the study is limited to Zhejiang province, and comparative analysis of the province around the city differences, better to eliminate the interference of other factors; human capital on the mechanism of urban-rural income gap is analyzed, and thus human capital variables selected departure empirical analysis also investigated both residents and government Large investment in human capital subject behavior, the distinction between urban and rural residents and the government's investment in human capital impact on the role of urban-rural income gap.
