Automobile electronic loudspeaker diaphragm weight of production process differs, so it needs to be carried on sorting according to different diaphragms of weight, adopting and finishing to the diaphragm sorting artificially at present, there are a lot of drawbacks, because subjective mood of people take great proportion among it ,repeated work frequently will cause people tired and lead to weigh error, easy to divided by mistake; Which also waste a large amount of manpower on the other hand, delay the produced automation. So in order to solve these drawbacks, this paper has designed a kind of new-type sorting system on the whole: Diaphragm automatic sorting system. To solve the problem of automatic distinguishing to electronic horn’s sheet metal manufacture, a manipulator control system was made in this article. One important part is how to design the automatic control system in this article. The whole blue print, target and its function have been confirmed. This article is made up of three parts of the design. It includes the design of machinery, the design of drivers and the control system. Its main functions and hard/software were introduced. This automatic distinguishing manipulator system is in the charge of integrated application of DRC (Data Record Control) and PLC. We used FX2n series manufactured by SANLING Japanese. In practices, the system is of good peculiarities such as high efficiency, good stability and reliability. The automatic distinguishing manipulator is high-powered. Especially in control aspect, it had good performance and fine price rate.
