The reform of project management pattern is currently one of the most significant subjects drawing wide attention. Considering the current condition and existing problems of project management in China, the author has conducted a relatively particular research in the main forms of project management at home and abroad; combining with the situation of China, especially the practical situation of medium and large state-owned enterprises, the author attempts to summarize one kind of project management pattern suitable for medium and large state-owned enterprises.The thesis focuses on the research of organizational structure and operation principle for international PMT project management pattern, and it has been used for project construction in medium and large state-owned enterprises. In this case, some experience has been obtained from practice. By the means of research and practice, the author proposes that it is urgent to reform the present management system for architecture industry, speed up to bring the system in line with international practice and hurry up to build a new management system and management pattern which meets the requirements of international architecture market development and socialist market economy. Therefore, consummating the contract terms, building and strengthening the law system for construction management should be accomplished as soon as possible, so as to standardize the architecture market, promote the management and strengthen the competitive ability for project in China.The content stated in the thesis is practical, and it can be used for reference in constructive program management for medium and large state-owned enterprises.
