In order to improve the capacity of China's railway transport , freight trains have been in the direction of the \With the load capacity increases , the use of aluminum to reduce vehicle weight of steel and aluminum hybrid structure of heavy vehicles came into being. But these connections because of their own shortcomings and limitations , can not meet the requirements of overloaded trucks , and therefore need to adopt a new connection . The Huck 's connector plastic deformation plate closely, able to meet the requirements of heavy trucks , has been a large number of applications . However, the size and scope of design when used because after the installation is complete connector connecting portion generated residual stress , pressure -affected zone is not clear , it is difficult to determine the number and distribution of Huck series connector installation in order to ensure security of the connection , use only the Multiple connectors, resulting in unnecessary waste . In addition, the plate allowable stress , vehicle plate not only by the stress imposed by the outside world , but also by the residual stress of the Huck series connectors . Sheet must be used to meet the sum of the externally imposed stress and residual stress is less than the allowable stress . Do not know the size of the residual stress connected to the rear panel , is bound to impact on the design of vehicle reliability . In order to solve the above problems , based on non-linear finite element software MARC Huck series connectors commonly used BOM and C50L connector Numerical Simulation of the mechanical behavior . Modeling technology to create the elastic-plastic model based on the contact . The results of numerical simulation reveals both the connector plastic molding law provides a numerical basis , not only to determine the connector pressure coverage is also overloaded trucks scientifically Huck Series connector provides an important reference .
