Free trade policy in Hong Kong , has now developed into an international export processing operations center , an international trade center, an international financial center and an international information center, an international tourist center and an international shipping center as one of the international multi- the economic center. In the context of economic globalization , regional economic integration trends in today's world is increasingly clear that China must pattern of regional economic integration in the world to seek reform strategy to upgrade . With the increasing openness of the mainland and China's accession to WTO , the role of intermediaries in Hong Kong and the window is gradually weakened, the economic development of Hong Kong was once a lack of new momentum in trouble. Therefore, the economic integration with the Mainland in Hong Kong to solve economic problems currently broaden development of channels of a creative way . In this paper, an overview of the Hong Kong economy to start, a detailed analysis of Hong Kong's economic development process, functional roles and characteristics. Through theoretical analysis tool to verify the Mainland and Hong Kong economic integration is feasible. In the analysis based on the CEPA , demonstrates the positive effect which produces a negative effect . Finally the economic integration of the two places for the further development of solutions.
