The Research on Dominant Industries Evaluation in Chengdu

At present , many domestic cities are identified in the study 's focus on the development of local industries, such as pillar industries , the leading industries. After collecting relevant information found in various cities of the selected key development industry is very similar. This article argues that each region should be based on their own conditions , choose the local industries as a development priority . This paper mainly done the following several aspects: 1 , this article has been relevant research results , based on the dominant industries to define , analyze the characteristics of competitive industries , features and other basic attributes , and expounded the necessity of development of competitive industries . 2, the proposed evaluation principles of competitive industries , such as local and regional comparison compare combining the principles of comparative and competitive advantages of combining the principle of targeted principles . And, accordingly, proposed evaluation model of competitive industries , namely comparative and competitive advantages of combining the four quadrant assessment model . 3 , Chengdu, irrational industrial structure, the lack of choice in key industries obvious advantages . Therefore, based on the evaluation of the dominant industries related theories , according to the basic situation of Chengdu , Chengdu industries paper presents the evaluation index system , the application of the evaluation model, using principal component analysis , competitive industries in Chengdu were evaluated .
