Amphioxus, between transition type animals between vertebrates and invertebrates. Using molecular biology methods to study the structure of amphioxus gene evolution and expression, can reveal the mechanism of amphioxus development of molecular biology to help us understand the origin and evolution of vertebrates from the molecular level up. Currently, the the amphioxus gene sequences and expression patterns have been widely used in the comparison between the different species of genomics research and developmental homology analysis. This paper first reported the amphioxus (Branchiostoma belcheri tsingtauense) intestinal cDNA library in AmphiANT, and AmphiTRAPβ gene cloning and identification, and their structure, system evolution and expression patterns. AmphiANT full-length 1289 bps, containing a 897bps open reading frame encoding a 298 amino acid protein consisting of.
