Implementation of development by leaps and bounds since the railway , thus making the development of the railway vocational school is undergoing a profound transformation , the original model will be completely broken , the construction quality of the faculty will be directly related to the survival and development of the railway vocational schools in the future . Therefore, the study of the construction and development of the railway vocational school teachers , either in theory or in practice has a very important significance . This article from the current situation of the development of the railway vocational schools , as a guide to the development of modern vocational education faculty , research the integration of the educational resources of the railway vocational schools , railway vocational education are urgently needed \teachers training of teachers , research methods , focusing on the railway level of vocational school teachers evaluation system have been investigated , and on this basis to build the railway level of vocational school teachers evaluation model . The design of the model is highly relevant, comprehensive evaluation method salient features . More scientific and reasonable and fair, can objectively reflect the level of teacher ethics and the quality of teaching , as an incentive to provide a strong basis , thus contributing to a healthy and positive development of the railway vocational education . This topic has two distinct characteristics and innovation : proposed railway vocational schools in restructuring the core issue - the construction and development of the faculty of the development of vocational schools ; second is to use an integrated research methods , absorb modern vocational education teacher requirements of the latest achievements and apply them to the practice to provide a new way for the development of the railway vocational education .
