The fault diagnosis technology has been widely used in machinery , petrochemical , electronics, energy , transportation , aerospace , military and other fields . Steam Turbine is a large rotating machinery, and uses a very broad , fault diagnosis problem caused attaches great importance to the relevant units and personnel . Magnetic memory testing technology , combined with existing magnetic memory theory , instrumentation and ancillary signal analysis software , analysis of studies on the mechanism of magnetic memory , on -site steam turbine leaves the actual detection . Main work of this article : a study of the mechanism of the magnetic memory testing technology . 2 magnetic memory testing technology applications . This paper studies the specific application of magnetic memory testing technology on the turbine blade inspection , magnetic memory testing technology is an effective method for the early diagnosis of steam turbine blades . Three pairs of field test methods were investigated. 4 on-site steam turbine unit conducted the actual testing . The dangerous parts of the different structure of the rotor , detection , different results analysis focused . The dangerous parts of the rotor with shrouds in the next few levels blades and shroud at ; stretch leaves the stress concentration is mainly distributed in the roots and stretch parts , especially in the stretch parts .
