With the development of modern industry , increasingly important to the safe operation of equipment , increasing attention has been emphasis on safety monitoring of equipment . A wide range of oilfield water injection unit is an important oil field production equipment directly related to the quality and yield of the production of the oil field , and to strengthen the monitoring of water injection unit has a high practical significance to improve production efficiency , lower production costs . The study reported the the waterflood unit failure diagnosis is still rare. In this paper, the type and characteristics of water injection unit failure analysis and research . Waterflooding power running vibration monitoring , a large number of field data . The main application of spectral analysis method several type of fault vibration signal spectral analysis to identify the characteristics of the failure mode spectrum . By condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of multistage centrifugal water injection unit , the basic idea of the type of equipment fault diagnosis and vibration characteristics summarized gradually mastered the laws of vibration , water injection unit common rotor unbalance , misalignment , bearing wear mechanical loosening of oil whip , established a state database for monitoring and fault diagnosis mode library . In the past, the main oilfield water injection unit planned maintenance system , lower efficiency , and excess maintenance and easy wasteful . Now started to use pattern recognition , regular diagnostic unit , found the problem in a timely manner , to solve the problem in a timely manner , eliminating the security risks of the equipment running , the maintenance cost . We have 72 injection pump unit condition monitoring , forecast to 40 times the fault , timely maintenance to prevent the continued deterioration of the equipment operating conditions , avoid premature damage equipment components , to extend the useful life of equipment , has made considerable economic and social benefits .
