The damage cased hole is a complex process , the impact on the casing damage from drilling to the development process as well as in the oil extraction process measures ; casing damage related to rock mechanics , mechanics, string mechanics and other disciplines , as well as the interdisciplinary cross ; these determine the diversity and complexity of the factors and the mechanism of the casing damage . Jilin Oilfield is typical of low permeability fractured reservoirs , reservoir continuity , seepage resistance , casing damage is quite serious to waterflood development since 1973 , due to the a special complex geological conditions and long-term water injection development , this article conducted a detailed statistical analysis of the relevant factors and information of the Jilin oilfield casing damage most serious Fuyu and Xinli two blocks of 613 wells with casing damage , initial grasp of the main features of the Jilin oilfield casing damage : damaged casing layer bit in the mud strata ; water injection are the main factors that cause casing damage , water injection pressure casing damage directly power ; the formation dip played a role accelerated casing damage . The complete casing damage by computational studies , this paper established the stress computation model , model parameter calculation , application of inversion algorithms to derive a relationship between the fracture pressure and ground stress data determined according to the on-site fracturing tectonic stress coefficient ; static experimental data combined indoor rock parameters and long source from the logging data to determine the full depth over the layer of rock mechanics parameters . The four-dimensional three closely linked to create a the casing damage stratigraphic fluid-structure interaction finite element model . Application of a combination of grid method to solve more complex geological structure of the reservoir simulation computational problems ; take advantage of FEPG finite element supporting software , the typical block of the new legislation , the simulation results verify the Jilin oilfield casing damage in the main characteristics and trends .
