While,negative intelligence factor could restrict learning.Education condition and in environmental, roughly the level of management,On student learning non-intellectual factors play a decisive role.The success of students’ composition,has relationship with intelligence factors, but more important is intelligence factor,Determines the development direction and nature of the composition,Produce a great inner driving force,incentive intelligence development and leap,so pay attention to non-intellectual factors,raises the student good personality.mobilize students’ positive motivation is one of the important aspects to improve students’ language ability.
