Autonomous learning is to meet the needs of The Times is a way of learning, is the current class changes advocated by the way of learning. To develop the students’ ability of autonomous learning has become the focus of attention of the course teaching. The author in this study attempts to high school biology teaching process to inspire the students’ autonomous learning confidence and cultivation of students’ autonomous learning habits formed two Angle to improve the students’ ability of autonomous learning, change the way of learning.The text of this paper consists of four parts, the first part of the form to ask questions and autonomous learning and the ability of autonomous learning is defined, the second part is the author through high school biology teaching the cultivation of students’ autonomous learning ability method and the case, the third part with two complete teaching cases to show the author in high school biology teaching high school ability of independent study of teaching practice process, the fourth part is the study results and discussion
