Objective: To investigate the peripheral middle of Th17 and Treg cell expression elderly patients with primary non - small cell lung cancer , the development of the relationship between . METHODS: Flow Cytometry and 65 cases of elderly patients with primary non-small cell lung cancer patients ( lung cancer in elderly group) in peripheral blood CD4 T-cell subsets Th1 , Th2, of Th17 number of Treg cells , Taqman probe real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction assay in peripheral blood mononuclear cells Thl7 and Treg cell -related factor , IL -17 , of FoxP3 mRNA levels of expression , the test results were the group with the healthy elderly and non - elderly health group comparative analysis study of Th17 Treg cell lung cancer in elderly The immunosenescence relationship between . Results: 1. Elderly lung cancer group of Th17 , Treg and IL-17 , of FoxP3 mRNA content were significant with higher than elderly health groups and non-elderly healthy group ( P lt ; 0.01 ) , elderly healthy group Treg quantity and of FoxP3 mRNA content significantly higher than the non - elderly healthy group (P lt; 0.01), number of Th17 and IL-17 mRNA content in the healthy elderly group and the non - elderly health groups had no statistical difference ( P gt ; 0.05) of Th1 , Th2 number group were not statistically different (P gt; 0.05). Logistic regression analysis of Th17 and Treg age are statistically associated with the occurrence of lung cancer (OR value were 2.830,7.982,1.165 P values ??lt; 0.05 ) . 3. Th17 and IL-17 has a positive correlation (r = 0.719, P lt; 0.01); Treg and FoxP3 positive correlation (r = 0.686, P lt; 0.01); Th17, Treg quantity , IL-17 and FoxP3 mRNA content with elderly lung cancer TNM stage (P lt; 0.01). Conclusion : Treg cells was age- change is closely related to that of Th17 and Treg cells play an important role in to promote elderly lung cancer , development may be associated with immune senescence .
