Research on Students Personality Training Ideological and Moral Teaching in Junior High School

As China’s socialist market economy being in full swing and a new round of curriculum reforming to promotion comprehensive, the ideological and political education in China has made remarkable achievements. But behind the success of ideological and political education, also exposed a lot of problems. One of prominent problem is that our current ideological and political education in junior secondary students in the promotion of personality development does not play well, the "nexus" role. The ideological and moral education in the classroom is the school’s main ideological and political position, how to position in the ideological and moral teaching students to consciously cultivate good character, has become the ideological and moral teaching problems to be solved.Firstly, the "personality" and "personalized education" has defined the related concepts to explain the formation of personality and the personality factors of formation of the effect, and strive to accurately define the character, revealing the content of personalized education.Secondly, the paper discusses the basis of the personalized education in philosophy, education, psychology, and from the theoretical and practical aspects of teaching in the ideological and moral basis for the implementation of personalized education.Then, this teaching pedagogy in theory is mainly from the microscopic point of view, theory and practice, a combination of historical and practical perspective on the ideological and moral teaching in junior high school education, personality problems are analyzed and researched in detail.Finally, the article puts forward some thoughts on how to perform moral teaching in junior high school in the practice of the implementation of individual education strategies, such as teachers, teaching ideas and knowledge, skills, teaching atmosphere and environment, teaching content and teaching system, teaching methods, teacher-student relationship, learning evaluation system. Only in this teaching system, can the creation of conductive environment for the implementation of individual education, junior high ideological and moral teaching can really promote the personality development of students.
