Adolescence is the physical health and critical period of development, and youth sporting activities is to promote the comprehensive development of the important ways for young people’s moral, aesthetic and intellectual have played an irreplaceable important role. Developing Campus group dance, physical and mental pleasure help students develop a healthy aesthetic taste; help improve student’s body shape and function, improve physical fitness; help foster the spirit of collectivism, entertaining, make the classroom more lively; help boys and girls the obvious distinction of gender, so that boys and girls can live in harmony, so that students improve their communication skills.Campus group dance is always the concern of the education department and sports workers ever since its promotion in primary and secondary schools all over the country in September 1,2007. This paper aims to make further concern for the majority of sports workers and think about the conduction and promotion of campus group dance, provide a reference for the country to carry out of the campus group dance to continuously improve student body shape and physical fitness, enhance their communication skill and aesthetic taste. This paper uses questionnaires, interviews, and logical analysis and other methods invest the development status of the first set of high school group dance in Guangzhou. The survey shows:1.The first set of secondary schools in Guangzhou to carry out situation is not optimistic about the group dance, the purpose of promoting focused inspection in response to parent organizations and competitions, performances, campus culture, the school leadership’s attitude, the power of teachers, teaching ability and Operational level, the students group dance team in the attitude of the campus and campus group dance form of teaching is carried out of the main factors campus group dance. Currently, the first set of universal access to campus is not conducive to carry out group dance.2. Students love the sport more, teachers think students on campus group dance on his unique role in the value of a promotion. School campus site conditions are not the biggest obstacle to popularizing group dance, to take reasonable forms of exercise, after a reasonable adjustment, school grounds are adequate. In some economic conditions, environmental conditions and soft and hard conditions than adequate schools, has its own campus group dance brand, by strengthening the professionalism of teachers and theoretical research, for campus group dance of development, in order to point the gradual popularization of the campus group dance of conduct.3. According to the administrative system of education, school group dance developed promotional strategies, including administrative intervention strategies, teaching strategies to promote strategies and competitive performance. By improving school leadership, teachers and students on campus group dance attitude of teachers to enhance and improve teaching methods and the organization of the campus group dance, group dance step by step so that the conduct be popular on campus.
